(1) If a person who has obtained a permit to use or acquire someone else's real estate for the expansion or distribution of telecommunication services is unable to acquire or use the real estate with the related person, he may file an application with the authority for the acquisition or use of such real estate.
(2) Upon receipt of the application according to sub-section (1), the authority shall carry out the necessary investigation and upon such investigation, if it deems it necessary and appropriate to acquire the real estate mentioned in the application, the authority shall make a recommendation to the Government of Nepal within thirty days of receipt of such application.
(3) After receiving the recommendation of the authority according to sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal may provide such real estate to the person who has received the permit in the same manner as it provides land to the organization in accordance with the prevailing law. If there is government land, it can be made available on lease for the period of the permit.
